On another topic, it looks like I'll be receiving another royalties cheque from Lucasfilm for The Death of Jar Jar :D

So today I received a cheque from Atom Films, the royalties for The Death of Jar Jar :D

Now the question is, do I put it into my bank account or frame it?

I've finished filling out all the legal paperwork for the Atomfilms contest, it took almost as long as it did to film and edit the video in question.

That's another thing, I wonder if they'll believe me when I stated that the production time was less than 1 day?

Time will tell I suppose.

Remember two posts ago, I wrote about my Death of Jar Jar video?

Well, I just had this email:


"Congratulations, Damien!

Your film “The Death of Jar Jar” has been accepted by Lucasfilm and AtomFilms into the 2007 Star Wars Fan Movie Challenge!"

That was such a great surprise, I've got lots of legal information to read through and some papers to print and sign but I'm far too excited at the moment. I'll get to it later.

I've probably posted this before but I'm doing so again, I'm hoping to attract as much attention as possible to this video.

In other news, today I handed in my last two assignments...ever. Just two more exams to go and then the project after the summer but that's it. I hope :)
